Don Fledderjohn, President

Don is a graduate of Broad Ripple High School and Butler University. He is President of Master Meridian Properties and past President of Master Glass, Inc. He is past President and board member of the Raphael Health Center; past President of Crooked Stick Golf Club, past Chair of the Club’s Long Range Plan and member of the Championship committee; present member of the Butler University Alumni Board; and member of the Butler Basketball Tip Off Banquet Planning Committee.


Mark Lubbers, Treasurer

Mark possesses a unique blend of private and public sector experience. Over the past four decades, he has had significant roles in two governors’ offices, the Hudson Institute, then-Anthem Insurance Co., and City Securities Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.


John Byers

John directed Tab Recreation for 20 years before being recruited by Indiana Sports Corp. to expand youth wellness programming in Indianapolis.  He was the VP for Youth Programming at ISC until he retired in 2011. He was instrumental in launching Indiana's first Kids Games.


Mitch Daniels

Former senior officer of Eli Lilly and Company and CEO of Hudson Institute.  OMB Director during the early years of the George W. Bush presidency.  Forty-ninth Governor of Indiana.  Twelfth President of Purdue University.  Lifetime member of Tabernacle Presbyterian Church. 


Bruce McDonald

For 40 years, Bruce was an Engineering Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company where he managed large capital projects, mostly biotechnology. He has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.


Kate Ems

As a Vice President of Leasing for Duke Realty, Kate was responsible for leasing existing industrial properties and working with clients on new construction in the central Indiana area. She is a past President and board member of Indianapolis WERC, served on the Logistics and Supply Chain Advisory Board at Ball State University, and as Secretary of the Board for Early Learning Indiana. She is a graduate of Wheaton College.


Gale Wilkerson

Gale is the past President and CEO of Alpha Sigma Phi Educational Foundation and a graduate of Oklahoma State University.


Bob Donaldson

Bob Donaldson has led operations and held ownership positions as President and Executive Vice President for three prominent Indiana-based development and construction companies. Currently, he provides project management services through G.R. Donaldson, LLC. He also is owner of Donaldson’s Finer Chocolates, a family business started in 1966 and located in Lebanon, IN. Bob has a BS degree in real estate and finance from Indiana University’s School of Business (now the Kelley School of Business).
